Panimalar College of Allied Health Sciences was established in the year 2022 by "Jaisakthi Educational Trust",Chennai and has been approved by Government of Tamil Nadu.The college is affiliated by "The Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University",Chennai.

Jaisakthi Educational Trust aims at imparting quality of engineering, medical, nursing and other health professions education for the aspiring youth. The college is located at Varardharajapuram near Poonamallee, Chennai and is well connected by road covering Chennai, Kancheepuram and Thiruvallur districts.The College is well-equipped with the state of the art infrastructure,technology-enabled classrooms, and advanced laboratories and continually focuses on teaching, clinical practice, and research.

Allied Health Science(AHS) education Programmes prepare bright, young minds in various healthcare-related disciplines other than medicine and nursing.Allied Health Providers are a separate group of health provider who apply their skills to prevent & assist treatment of a wide range of conditions and illness.They will provide indirect medical care and support recovery of patients to sustain optimum physical,sensory,psychological,cognitive and social functions.The role of allied health provider in providing effective care has become critical with diagnosis based on technology.Allied Health Science education along with a solid foundation in medical sciences and enables them to assist confidently in technology-driven medical procedures.With enormous development in the healthcare sector,the demand of these graduates both within the country and overseas cannot be underestimated.
